A member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1987, Attorney Schneider is an experienced litigator who represents individuals, businesses and state agencies in complex construction, business, and employment disputes, personal injury, insurance defense, lender liability, civil rights and health care. She has appeared before state and federal trial courts and various state agencies, and has successfully handled numerous cases before state and federal appellate courts. Attorney Schneider obtained her law degree from Boston University in 1987 and her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany in 1983. In 1993 she was appointed to the Health Care Law Concentration Advisory Board at Boston University and in 1987 won the National Health Care Lawyer's scholarship award for achievement and excellence in health care law. Ms. Schneider is a member of the Massachusetts, New York, Colorado and federal bars.

STEPHEN P. KOLBERG

A member of the Massachusetts bar since 1986, Attorney Kolberg specializes in trying complex construction actions before judges and juries in state and federal trial courts on behalf of owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors and sureties. He has litigated numerous contract disputes, criminal prosecutions, delay and disruption claims, public and private bond and lien disputes, Uniform Commercial Code claims, bankruptcy issues, ERISA preemption issues, OSHA defenses, and prevailing wage disputes. Attorney Kolberg has also arbitrated construction cases before the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel, argued before the Supreme Judicial Court, conducted state and federal bid protests, and appeared before state agencies, including the Department of Labor and Industries and the Department of Industrial Accidents. Attorney Kolberg earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1986 at Washington University in St. Louis and his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1983 from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with honors. He is an active arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel. |
